• Between 18 and 35 years old
• A history of 3+ months of homelessness or couch hopping
• The resolve to work hard
• Honesty and integrity

What's Included
Regardless of any income, Collective Chicago provides for residents' housing and grocery for the entirety of their stay. See resident agreement prior to applying.
UNTIL EMPLOYED, WE ALSO COVER:
• Transit
• Cell phone plan
• Work attire

Expectations
We work hard at the Collective. Some commitments include:
• Weekly life coaching meetings
• Weekly house meals with other residents and coaches
• Bi-weekly budgeting sessions with a financial coach
• Work 30 hours/week to fine-tune resumes, grow personal skills, and apply for employment with support from coaches

We are currently at capacity. While we are not able to support with housing at this time, we do offer free resume-building and budget workshops to all of our applicants. Please note that completing both workshops does put you on the waitlist to interview for any housing openings we have in the future. If interested, please click 'Join the Waitlist' below.
