THINGS YOU'LL NEED
• Identify as Male
• Between 18 and 35 years old
• A history of 3+ months of homelessness or couch hopping
• The resolve to work hard
• Honesty and integrity
Regardless of any income, Collective Chicago provides for residents' housing and grocery for the entirety of their stay.
UNTIL EMPLOYED, WE ALSO COVER:
• Cell phone plan
• Work attire
We work hard at the Collective. Some commitments include:
7am breakfast meetings 2x week
Workout regiments (attire provided)
Work 30 hours/week to fine-tune resumes, grow personal skills, and apply for employment with support from staff coaches
Weekly counseling meetings
Weekly financial and goal sessions
