Collective Chicago is an innovative housing model that is making wellness accessible in
Uptown, Chicago.
We are disrupting homelessness with dignity through an unconventional approach
that takes housing-first to the next level. We provide a dignified, fully furnished place for young men to live while building savings and skills to move into their own place,
at their own pace. On average, within 8 months, 4 out of 5 residents move from homelessness to stable housing with full-time work and around $6,000 in savings.

Collective Chicago connects residents to resources that address sources of trauma
and rebuild new narratives and skillsets. Upon moving in, residents have access to life coaches, personal trainers, gym access, yoga, therapy, naturopathic care, financial advisors, and every piece of accessibility from laptops to transit passes.

Our sixth year led us to expand our residency and grow the impact of our high touch, empowerment model; deeply steeped in social capital and a culture of self betterment.
